Doug is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years experience practicing medicine in the Reno/Sparks community. He joined Skin Cancer Dermatology Institute in January 2017. He specializes in the treatment of skin conditions of all ages including the identification and surgical treatment of skin cancers. He is dedicated in providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Doug grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho. He received an AAS degree from Ricks College, and a BS degree from Idaho State University. He completed his physician assistant degree from Idaho State University graduating with honors.

Doug is married and a father of 3 sons and a daughter. He spends his leisure time participating in community service, church service, and family activities. He enjoys snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, and cheering for his kids as they participate in music and sporting events. He is proud to call the Reno/Sparks community his home.
