Chelsea Wood, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant and a Diplomat Fellow of the Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants.
She brings medical and surgical dermatology experience to SCDI, including proficient skin cancer screenings, treatment and removal of skin cancers and benign skin lesions, and management of acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other skin diseases. She enjoys creating treatment plans with each patient for individual care specific to their needs. Chelsea treats all ages and demographics alongside our professional dermatology team.
Chelsea was raised in Southeastern Idaho and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho. In 2014 she received High Honors for her Master’s Degree in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Salus University in Pennsylvania. Chelsea has practiced medical and surgical Dermatology in St George, Utah, Idaho, and North Dakota.
Outside of Dermatology, Chelsea has a passion for rock climbing and also enjoys mountain biking, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
